Squares
Squares is a word puzzle game that involves connecting letters on a grid to form words. The game is a chance to show your vocabulary and strategic thinking as you have to find words up, down, left, right, and even diagonally. Try to search for as many hidden words as possible in the grid to score the maximum number of points.
Game Rules
You get 1 point per letter in the guessed word. Words should be at least 4 letters long. You can't reuse the same tile in one word. No proper nouns, no vulgarities, and no hyphenated words are allowed. Bonus words-obscure or slang-do not receive points but are counted toward extra fun. There is one "Word of the Day" in every puzzle; you will be rewarded with 2 extra hints once you find it.
How to Play Squares Game
- Find and connect letters in all directions to make words.
- Rotate the grid to get a new view of how words connect.
When you've found 40% of the words, numbers on tiles will indicate how many words begin with each letter. - Use hints to get clues on tricky words. You get 3-5 hints per game.
- Share the game with friends for an extra hint!
